Voting for 2 accounts

Hello,
since we're allowed to have a maximum of 2 accounts, does that mean we can vote for both of them? or only 1? so far i have been playing safe and only voting for 1, but in game i often see the server message saying that you should vote for 2 characters max.

you can vote 2 times a day 12 hours apart for BOTH your account MAX 2 accounts. also the accounts only can be under ur IP adress you cannot vote for someone else account only yours

I only ever vote once per day on each account to play it safe then ull have less chance of being banned

yeah i vote once per day with both accounts i wake up and vote around 11am GMT
then wait for maints around 12am GMT then ill leave it till the next day and do the same :D
