Stuck in jail.

So I stupidly decided to try the ghost NPC in TC to change my body size. After I did that I got booted to jail and slammed with "Reach 10,000". They don't go down with time, I just blew 50,000 CPS's on getting out and ended up dying and being thrown back in again.

So: Is this NPC just here to troll the new people? Is there anyway to get this fixed?
