ok i really need a gm to tell me whats going on every time i make a acount on this server ill play from a avrage of 1-5 weeks then boom mu acount gonr

this has happend 5 times now!!! and im really sick of it i ahve followed all rules on the website i vote once everyday on this computer but for noreason my acount keeps getting deleted and i cant find anyoen to help me i really need a gm to look up why this is happening cause ive put so much time into this game so amny times but my acount keeps getting deleted i want to know what is going and why i am getting banned plz i really want a gm to help me
